873.000 - Planning and Accreditation Committee

The purpose of the Planning and Accreditation Committee is to lead and advise college-wide activities related to strategic planning and accreditation. The Planning and Accreditation Committee will annually evaluate the Scorecard, revise the College Strategic Plan as needed, and lead College activities related to accreditation. All committee members, with the exception of the student representative, will serve a two-year term. During the first year, half of the members will serve three-year terms.

Members:

  1. Associate vice president of planning and effectiveness (standing member)
  2. One executive cabinet member, appointed by the President
  3. Five representatives of instruction (to include faculty and staff representation) appointed by the vice president of instruction
  4. Two representatives of student affairs, appointed by the vice president of student affairs
  5. Three representatives of administrative services, one each from IT, facilities, and business office, appointed by the vice president of administrative services
  6. One representative of Corporate and Continuing Education, appointed by the executive director of corporate and continuing education
  7. One representative of instruction. An expert in matters of program assessment and review appointed by vice president of instruction
  8. Student representative appointed by ASCC (will serve one year term)
  9. Representative of Cultural Pluralism Committee, appointed by Cultural Pluralism Committee chair
  10. One representative of the Clark College Foundation, appointed by the Clark College Foundation president
  11. One representative of the AHE, appointed by the AHE president
  12. One representative of WPEA, appointed by the WPEA job representative
