The president or designee will solicit from all recognized employee and student organizations, and from current employees, the names of interested members for committee assignments. The president or designee will meet with the leadership of recognized employee and student organizations to discuss proposed committee membership. All committees will include an equity representative appointed by the Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.

Annual terms of office for committee members begin July 1 and end June 30.
