The eLearning Committee helps guide the direction and resources of eLearning.

The eLearning Committee:

  1. Assists the eLearning department with strategic planning and collaborative problem solving related to technologically mediated pedagogy.

  2. Researches, assesses, and recommends best practices related to the acquisition, training, use, and support of eLearning resources and forwards consensus to dean of eLearning and instructional council for review and approval.

  3. Advises and advocates for successful alignments between administrative, instructional, and student goals in the area of eLearning.

  1. Dean of eLearning, chair (standing member, non-voting with exception of tie)
  2. eLearning administrative assistant (standing member)
  3. Financial aid representative (standing member)
  4. Advising representative (standing member)
  5. Registration representative (standing member)
  6. Information technology services representative (standing member)
  7. Disability Access Center representative (standing member)
  8. Bookstore representative (standing member)
  9. Unit administrative assistant or secretary senior representative (two-year appointment)
  10. Five faculty members, one from each instructional unit (two-year appointments)
  11. ASCC representative (one-year appointment)
  12. Librarian (standing member)
  13. Instructional dean (standing member)
  14. eLearning representative (standing member)
  15. Office of instruction representative (standing member)
