Student Help Desk

Clark College Student Help Desk can provide assistance with a variety of issues related to computer hardware and software. The Help Desk is staffed by students starting from the second week of each quarter. All Clark Students are welcomed to use the MiniLab. The staff there is ready to assist in troubleshooting your personal computer problems, to assist you with hands-on networking problems or any hardware/software related questions. The services are also offered to the members of the community who may or may not be Clark students or employees.

The hours of operation for the Student Help Desk vary depending on the availability of the staff. Therefore, if a person needs any assistance, it is recommended that they call or email and set an appointment. The contact information for the Help Desk is listed below.
