- Go to the Canvas page where you are experiencing the issue
- Click on Help in the lower left corner of Canvas
- From the choices shown, click Report a Problem
- If you cannot access Canvas and need help please send us an email to: support@clarkcollegecanvas.zendesk.com
(Be sure to include your full name, ctcLink, and course names with your help request.)
