Drill objectives:
1. Improve overall response in preparation for the large-scale, capstone exercise in spring 2013. This includes building on previous experience, engaging faculty, staff and students in proper evacuation response protocols
2. Give Emergency Building Coordinators (EBCs) and Campus CERT members the opportunity to refine their performance, including awareness of Assembly Areas and use of emergency walkie-talkie communications
3. Continue to test mass notification system function and message launch; identify any remaining problem areas
4. Solicit feedback (survey) for continuous improvement
