Running Start Welcome Video and Orientation Info
Enrollment Verification Form Term Process
- Step 1. Register for Classes
- You can register for classes on your appointed registration date in your MyClark@ctcLink.
- The class schedule will be online so you can get an idea of what classes are offered.
- Recommendation before you register:
- Meet with your high school counselor early so you can prepare for registration.
- Meet with your Clark College Academic Advisor as soon as the class schedule for the term is available.
- Step 2. Download the Enrollment Verification Form EVF).
- Fill out as much of the form as possible.
- Print the form and take it to your high school counselor.
- Step 3. Meet with your high school counselor to prepare the high school portion of
your EVF.
- Each term student, parent/guardian must complete and sign the EVF. Students should complete the EVF early, prior to the payment deadline each term. Students must submit the completed EVF to the high school counselor for final approval.
- Once the EVF has been approved by your high school counselor, the high school will submit your comleted EVF to the college for final approval and college official signature. Note: You must complete the EVF every term you register for classes, while in the Running Start Program.

- Financial Aid Information - Seniors in the Running Start Program can apply for Financial Aid in October of their Senior year. Students would be Financial eligible after high school graduation.

Note: It is recommended that Running Start students connect with an admissions counselor from the intended transfer school regarding admissions details and ACT/SAT requirements. Students who have participated in the running start program typically follow freshman admissions requirements. Please connect with your intended transfer school for more information.

Virtual Office Hours
Meeting ID: 998 4975 6712 Meet with an advisor to discuss academic planning, schedule adjustments, permission numbers for courses, and start-of-the-term assistance. One of our advisors will meet with you individually for approximately 15 minutes. We can provide support with academic advising questions and assist with setting appointments to meet with an Academic Advisor. When you arrive in the Zoom session, you will be sent to a "Waiting Room" prior to joining, as there may be other students in line. Please have your ctcLink ID number and your photo ID ready.
