Students in the library.

The Intensive English Language Program (IELP) at Clark College offers an English language program to allow students to meet their academic, professional, or personal goals. This academic preparation program helps students to gain the level of language and cultural proficiency needed to be successful at colleges and universities in the United States.

Orientation is required for all new international students. All new students take placement tests during orientation to determine their level of English.

Academic advising for IELP is provided in the Office of International Programs to assist with course placement and registration..
