Wellness Support Group
The wellness team has launched a wellness support group to discuss how to stay or get motivated with wellness. Group sessions include discussions on physical activities, nutritional menu plans and other wellness dimensions that can work for a wide range of individuals. The group is based on a support structure that will allow for break outs for individual support as well as group support via accountability, if desired.
