Priority Processing Dates

Important Note for the 2026-27 Aid Year

Processing for 2026-27 financial aid applications submitted after April 24, 2026 is temporarily paused due to recent federal updates to student records. System updates are expected to be completed by June 2026. We will resume processing these applications as soon as updates and testing are finished.

Priority Processing Dates are the recommended dates to have your application and all documents completed and submitted to the Financial Aid Office. If you meet the priority processing deadline and registered for classes, the Financial Aid Office will process your file and produce an award eligibility notification before the start of the term.

Meeting the priority processing date does not guarantee that your aid will be disbursed by the first day of the term. To ensure timely processing, please submit all required documents as early as possible.

The census date for each terms locks in your enrollment level to the exact number of financial aid credits you are eligible for in the term. If you are enrolled in fewer credits on this date then when you first received your aid, your award may be reduced. Any classes added after this date would not be eligible for financial aid.
