Now Open: Call for Proposals for NWREC 2026

We’re excited to announce that the Call for Proposals for NWREC 2026 is now open! We invite you to submit your ideas for breakout sessions, Mobile Workshops, storytelling circles, and other creative formats that align with our 2026 theme: Reclaiming Our Narratives.

Whether you're a first-time presenter or a returning voice, we welcome perspectives from across sectors, identities, and communities. Let’s co-create a conference that challenges systems, celebrates resilience, and uplifts community-led change.

Deadlines and Presenter Benefits

Presenters whose proposals are accepted will receive the following:

• Lead presenters receive complimentary registration for the day they present, plus a discounted rate for the rest of the conference.

• Co-presenters receive discounted registration for the full event.

All presenters must be listed in the proposal and registered for the day of their session. Late or emailed submissions will only be considered with prior agreement.
