NWREC Accessibility & Inclusion

The Northwest Regional Equity Conference (NWREC) is dedicated to creating a space where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered. Guided by principles of equity, justice, and anti-racism, NWREC fosters an environment that honors diverse voices and lived expertise—ensuring a sense of belonging for all.

True belonging requires intentional inclusion. At NWREC, we invite workshops and programs to spark meaningful connection, collective learning, and courageous conversations that challenge inequity, dismantle oppression, and inspire transformative action.

Grounded in Clark College’s Social Equity Framework and the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion’s (ODEI) Community Agreements, NWREC invites all participants to engage with care, curiosity, and mutual respect. These agreements reflect our shared commitment to building a brave and inclusive space for growth, collaboration, and reflection.
