Credential Evaluations

To support graduation efforts, Credential Evaluations will not be regularly checking emails until 1/5/2026. We will be reviewing hundreds of graduation applications for students, and this requires our complete focus and attention. We appreciate your patience during this time.

Credential Evaluations supports students' educational journey by evaluating official transcripts, test scores, and graduation applications, as well as responding to Academic Credit for Prior Learning inquiries. For unofficial evaluations of transcripts, test scores, or progress toward completion of a degree or certificate, students should work with their academic advisor.

Official Transcripts and Test Scores

Send your official transcripts and test scores via one of the following methods. Note that they must be sent directly by the originating instutition and cannot be accepted as official if sent by the student, unless official transcript remains in original unopened sealed envelop. Please allow 6-8 weeks for evaluation upon receipt.

Graduation Applications

When to Apply

We recommend that students submit their graduation application one term before they plan to complete all of their program requirements. Early submission helps ensure the degree or certificate is awarded without delay.

Priority Deadline

The priority deadline for graduation applications is the last day of the term in which the student plans to finish their degree or certificate requirements. Applications submitted by the priority deadline will be processed in the order received, and the degree or certificate will be awarded in the term of completion.

Non-Priority Period

Applications received after the priority deadline will still be accepted and will be processed in the order they are received, but awarding may be delayed.
