The College shall establish procedures governing evaluation of all tenured and probationary faculty. By authority of the Board of Trustees, the president or designee is delegated responsibility to establish and to administer procedures to implement this policy that are consistent with applicable negotiated agreements,  state law and requirements for accreditation. Faculty will be evaluated in a regular, systematic, substantive and collegial manner at least once within every five-year period of service. The process for evaluation is described in the CC/AHE Agreement.
