Hello! Well, here we are, feet first in Week #9! It is amazing how quickly a quarter slips by. Have you had an opportunity to visit a Tutoring Services location yet? Have any class presentations or speeches that you would like to practice, record, or get some help with? Join us for our final Student Resource Workshop of the quarter: AI: Impacts & Uses: Analyze your usage and understanding of AI to ensure you are getting the most out of the technology while ensuring it is being used ethically and responsibly. Learn the positives and pitfalls of this technology to ensure you are getting positive benefit without jeopardizing your learning and educational goals. Free Holiday Market for Clark Students, December 4th, 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. in Gaiser Student Center
Come enjoy the Free Holiday Market! Please bring your own shopping bags. Doors open at 3:00pm.
Current students and up to two family members can ‘shop’ for free from gently used and new items! This event allows our Clark students to shop for items that they can give to their family & the family is invited so they can select items to give to the student and other family members.
Clark College Student ID number is required either with Student ID Card or written down.
The Penguin Pantry will also be open on this day from 12:00pm - 5:00pm. So, you can shop before or during this event.

New Art Exhibition: tell ___ 'hi' from me, November 13th - February 13th at Archer Gallery
Our new exhibit at Archer Gallery, tell ___ ‘hi’ from me, showcases the work of 27 self-taught, neurodivergent artists who live and create in Oregon and are members of the Portland-based Progressive Art Studio, North Pole Studio. This diverse collection of contemporary 2D and 3D works reflects honest creative expression and raw innovation. It honors the vitality of lifelong creative practice and re-imagines conventions in art-making. It invites the viewer to deepen their understanding of the Progressive Art Studio movement and artists working within it. tell ___ ‘hi’ speaks to presence, persistence, and belonging: ‘we’ve always been here, won’t you get to know us?’ … ‘it’s time you get to know us’.

Free C-Tran Bus Passes with a Free Student ID
Get a Free C-Tran Bus Pass and a Free Clark College Student ID through the Bookstore. Simply bring a valid photo ID.Check Your Contact Information is Up to Date

Did you know that if you need to print anything, each student has a printing account linked to their Clark Labs account? 1500 credits each term. Learn more about Student Print Accounts. Always verify the legitimacy of requests for personal information, even if they seem to come from Clark College. If you receive an email, text, or call asking for sensitive details:
- Pause before responding.
- Contact the Clark College Helpdesk at (360) 992-2425 or helpdesk@clark.edu to confirm the request.
Scammers may pose as Clark College or state employees to steal your personal information. Stay vigilant and protect yourself from fraud. Stay safe—think before you share!
Need to Use a Microwave?
Students need to eat. Sometimes you need a microwave. Here are some locations of microwaves throughout the main campus: Basic Needs Hub (GHL 216), Frost Arts Center, Clark Bookstore, Hanna Hall Study Lounge, Culinary, Student Life, JSH near Clark Café, BHL near vending machines, SHL lower level near vending machines, NERD Cave (SBG 102). Please be mindful that other students use this machine, too. Please clean up after you make a mess. Be a resourceful and responsible student.

Hanna Hall Coffee Lounge
Hours: Monday - Thursday 7:40 a.m. - 2 p.m.; Friday 7:40 a.m. – 12 p.m.
Menu: Serving coffee, espresso drinks, tea, hot chocolate, frappes, smoothies, italian soda, energy drinks, oatmeal, bagels, donuts, muffins, scones, and danishes.
