Clark College Community and Continuing Education (CCE) is Southwest Washington's premier provider of workforce training and non-credit learning, serving more than 10,000 people annually. These elements are part of CCE's vision to maintain and continually develop its status as the region's premier provider of classes, seminars, certificate programs and training opportunities that serve the residents and businesses of the Southwest Washington region.

CCE is dedicated to providing qualified, knowledgeable instructors, relevant class offerings and state-of-the-art learning centers to consistently deliver a variety of lifelong, professional and enriching learning opportunities for all individuals and organizations. This includes:
- Customized Learning and Development programs that provide local businesses, nonprofits, healthcare and government organizations with the training, leadership development and technical and business analysis tools they seek to meet business objectives.
- Community Education classes in areas of Personal Interest and Arts & Humanities for individuals seeking to expand their knowledge or learn a new skill.
- Professional Development and Career Skills & Technology classes in areas of Healthcare, Workplace and Technology that allow individuals and small businesses an opportunity to enhance employee skills and abilities.

CCE offers classes at two locations in Southwest Washington, including the Clark College East and Clark College's main campus in central Vancouver. Both campus locations offer easy access from Interstate 5, Highway 14 and nearby Interstate 205.
