Refund Policy

We will gladly provide a refund when requested at least three (3) business days prior to the first class date. There will be a 10% handling charge for all refund requests, unless otherwise noted within the course description. 

Cancellations

If a course is cancelled, all participants will receive a full refund. Please be aware that refunds may take up to two weeks to be processed from the date the class is cancelled.

Changes/Closures

Due to circumstances beyond our control, locations and times may be changed during the quarter. We will contact you by phone or email to notify you of these changes. Updated information will also be posted on the class website page.  

Inclement Weather

We will follow the policies of the main campus at Clark College in the event of inclement weather.  Please refer to the Clark College website (www.clark.edu) for up to date closure information.  We will do our best to contact you by email and phone in the event of closures.  Please make sure we have your correct contact information when you register for classes.  Your safety is our first concern; in the event of inclement weather, please use your best judgement in deciding to attend classes.
