- Kathy earned her bachelor's degree from California State University, Chico. At the Pearson VUE test center, she is dedicated to creating a calm and welcoming environment, helping test-takers feel at ease and supported. She also enjoys connecting with Community and Continuing Education (CCE) students—sharing information about class offerings and assisting them with registration to help them meet their learning goals.

Now serving as the first point of contact for students and community members, she enjoys helping individuals find classes that match their interests or enhance their skills. Her role in Community, Continuing Education, & Customized Training allows her to connect people with opportunities for personal and professional growth.

- Lauren Wooten holds a master's in education from Portland State University and a bachelor's degree from Purdue University. With over 20 years of experience in education, she began her career as an elementary school classroom teacher and has since worked in various roles supporting learners of all ages. She especially enjoys working with businesses and professionals to further workforce professional development. Outside of work, Lauren volunteers with cats at the West Columbia Gorge Humane Society.
