General Educational Development Testing (GED)

The General Educational Development (GED) test is designed to provide an opportunity for adults who have not graduated from high school to earn an equivalent credential.  Additionally, current State policy requires examinees to be residents of Washington in order to complete the GED test in Washington.

You must be 16  years of age or older. If you are under age 19, you must have a release from compulsory high school attendance.
