Admission Requirements for Cuisine and Professional Baking & Pastry Arts Programs
All interested students are encouraged to apply for admission to the Cuisine Management or Professional Baking and Pastry Arts programs by fulfilling the following requirements:
- Complete Clark College Application for Admission (if not previously completed).
- International Students only: Please apply for admission to Clark College through the International Student Application. For questions, please contact the international admissions staff at international@clark.edu or 360-992-2390.

- Be eligible for ENGL 101 and ENGL 99 and MATH 092 or PTCS 110.
- Be able to provide copy of valid Washington State Food Worker card (available online at foodworkercard.wa.gov) by the end of the first week of class. Do not use any other websites as these cards are not Washington State approved.
