Admission Requirements for Cuisine and Professional Baking & Pastry Arts Programs

All interested students are encouraged to apply for admission to the Cuisine Management or Professional Baking and Pastry Arts programs by fulfilling the following requirements:

Culinary Orientations - Fall Cohort 

Students enrolling in the Cuisine Program for Fall 2022 are required to attend a mandatory orientation session to learn about uniform standards, required equipment, Food Worker cards, and other program information. Choose one session to attend.
