Tuition and Fees Payment Due Dates
The amount of tuition and fees due for the term is noted in the Student Services Center. Tuition due dates for each term are listed below.
- If the tuition and fees due date falls on a Holiday, tuition is due the following business day.
- Students who register after the 10th day of the term (8th day of summer term) must pay tuition by the end of the business day.
Students receiving financial aid, scholarship, agency, or veterans benefits are responsible for paying outstanding tuition and fees by the tuition due date when aid is insufficient to cover the total cost.
The Business Office will send a courtesy notification to students who owe tuition and fees. Check your student account in MyClark@ctcLink to view your messages.
Students who do not pay tuition and fees may be dropped from their classes unless:
- The outstanding balance is $200 or less
- Student is enrolled in the Student Tuition Easy Payment Plan (STEPP) and payments are current.
- Registration for the classes occurs after the 10th day of the term (8th day summer)
Students are responsible to officially drop or withdraw from classes if they are unable to pay tuition and fees. If the withdraw occurs after the 100% refund period, unpaid tuition will be due according to the tuition refund policies.
Students with outstanding tuition and fees may be:
- Blocked from future registration
- Sent to collections for amounts that exceed $100
Spring 2024 Tuition and Fees Due Dates
For Spring term, tuition and fees for all classes registered on or before March 15th are due no later than Monday, March 18th.
Beginning March 16th, students who register Saturday through Friday must pay tuition and fees according to the schedule provided below.

For Summer term, tuition and fees for all classes registered on or before June 14th are due no later than Tuesday, June 17th.
Beginning June 15th, students who register Saturday through Friday must pay tuition and fees according to the schedule provided below.

For Fall term, tuition and fees for all classes registered on or before August 30th are due no later than Tuesday, September 3rd
Beginning August 31st, students who register Saturday through Friday must pay tuition and fees according to the schedule provided below.

Beginning December 14th, students who register Saturday through Friday must pay tuition and fees according to the schedule provided below.

Payment Options
Tuition and fees may be charged to VISA, MasterCard or Discover through MyClark@ctcLink or by calling the Cashier's Office.
Payments made with check or money order may be placed in the Cashier Drop Box located
next to the Cashier's Office entry in ***Penguin Union Building PUB 153. Payment should
include your ctcLink Student Identification Number.
Cash payment is only taken at the Cashier's Office in Gaiser Hall 128
***The Cashier's office is moving to GHL 128 and the drop box will be moved closer to GHL128 at a future date. Location of the drop box will be updated once it has been moved.
Financial Aid
If you have been awarded financial aid and your class schedule shows a balance due, it is your responsibility to pay the balance by the payment due date to avoid being dropped from your classes. Contact the Financial Aid Office if you have questions about your financial aid status.
