Tuition and Fees Payment Due Dates

The amount of tuition and fees due for the term is noted in the Student Services Center.  Tuition due dates for each term are listed below. 

Students receiving financial aid, scholarship, agency tuition assistance, or veterans benefits are responsible for paying any tuition and fees that are not covered by the sponsor.

The Business Office will send a courtesy notification to students who owe tuition and fees.  Login to your student account at MyClark@ctcLink to view the notification in message center.

Students who do not pay tuition and fees may be dropped from their classes unless:

Students are responsible to officially drop or withdraw from classes if they are unable to pay tuition and fees. If the withdrawal occurs after the 100% refund period, unpaid tuition will be due according to the tuition refund policies.

Winter 2025 Tuition and Fees Due Dates

For Winter term, tuition and fees for all classes enrolled in on or before December 13th are due no later than Monday, December 16th.

Beginning December 14th, students who enroll Saturday through Friday must pay tuition and fees according to the schedule provided below.

**Students who enroll in classes on or after the 1st day of the term, must tuition by the end of the business day.

Spring 2025 Tuition and Fees Due Dates

For Spring term, tuition and fees for all classes registered on or before March 14th are due no later than Monday, March 17th.

Beginning March 15th, students who register Saturday through Friday must pay tuition and fees according to the schedule provided below.

Summer 2025 Tuition and Fees Due Dates

For Summer term, tuition and fees for all classes enrolled in on or before June 13th are due no later than Monday, June 16th.

Beginning June 14th, students who enroll Saturday through Friday must pay tuition and fees according to the schedule provided below.

Fall 2025 Tuition and Fees Due Dates

For Fall term, tuition and fees for all classes enrolled in on or before August 29th are due no later than Tuesday, September 2nd

Beginning August 30th, students who enroll Saturday through Friday must pay tuition and fees according to the schedule provided below.

**Students who enroll in classes on or after the 1st day of the term, must pay tuition and fees by the end of the business day.

Payment Options

Tuition and fees may be charged to VISA, MasterCard or Discover through MyClark@ctcLink or by calling the Cashier's Office.
 
Payments made with check, money order or cash can be made in person at the Cashier's Office in Gaiser Hall  during open business hours. 

Financial Aid

If you have been awarded financial aid and your class schedule shows a balance due, it is your responsibility to pay the balance by the payment due date to avoid being dropped from your classes. Contact the Financial Aid Office if you have questions about your financial aid status.
