Clark College Foundation Scholarships

Clark College Foundations offers hundreds of scholarships. Each year the foundation distributes more than $1 million in scholarships, awards and other financial support to more than 600 students. Since its inception in 1973, Clark College Foundation has provided Clark College with $83 million in college-related support.

Most of the funding is awarded through the Clark College Foundation Scholarship Application process that is open twice each academic year.

To apply for foundation scholarships, click on the link associated with the application.  Online applications require applicants to sign up for an account with the SmarterSelect scholarship software program. Be sure to complete and submit applications by the deadline in order to be considered.  Most applications require pdf files of transcripts and letters of recommendation to be uploaded.

Upcoming Deadlines:

Letters of recommendation should be signed and completed on letterhead.  The Recommendation Form is also an option, but it is not required.

Other Foundation Scholarship Opportunities

 

Deadline: May 1, 2023

 

For students graduating from Clark College and transferring to a four-year college.  Scholarships are available for students transferring to WSU Vancouver, or for students in specific majors who plan to attend other schools.  Preview application for specific eligibility criteria.  To apply for the Community College Presidents’ Scholarship in honor of Val Ogden, please use this application (which will not appear on the application form until later in the term).

Deadline: April 14, 2023

 

For students who have completed a communications course at Clark College and plan to take additional communications courses during the 2023-2024 academic year.

Deadline: May 1, 2023

 

For students who are pursuing a certificate in Women's Studies and have completed WS 101 and plan to attend Clark during the 2023-2024 academic year.

For nursing students who will be enrolled in the nursing program during the 2023-2024 academic year.

Deadline: May 5, 2023 (noon)

 

For F-1 status international students who plan to attend Clark during the 2023-2024 academic year.

Deadline: June 12, 2023

 

For students completing their GED's after taking prep classes through Clark and plan to continue at Clark in the fall of 2023.
