Learn the Tool of Effective Communication

The ability to effectively convey a message is an asset in all aspects of life. Communication studies allow students to better understand the way individuals receive, assess, and share information.

At Clark, we encourage a collaborative learning environment where students can develop their communication skills through public speaking and sharing ideas in the classroom. Our faculty understands these skills do not come easy for everyone and instructors foster a supportive classroom environment for all skill levels.

Career Opportunities

Employment opportunities for communication roles exist in a variety of fields that include: government, business, social services, public relations, and marketing.

Clark offers an Associate in Arts degree (AA) designed for students planning to transfer to a four-year institution to pursue a bachelor's degree in communication studies.
