CASAS (Comprehensive Adult Student Assessment Systems)

The CASAS test is used to place students into CAP (Career and Academic Preparation) and English as a Second Language (ESL) classes.  Students who are going to enroll in the I-BEST program will also need to take the CASAS test. Subjects may include: reading, math, listening and speaking.  The test is timed and takes approximately two and a half hours to complete.

What do I need to do to get started?

Students check in to test in the T Building, room 216.  In order to complete the CASAS tests please arrive within the designated check-in times with photo ID and student ID number.
