Clark College eligible employees have three dental plans to choose from: Uniform Dental, DeltaCare and Willamette. Clark College pays the full premium for employees and enrolled dependents.
- Uniform Dental Plan
This plan is administered by Delta Dental of Washington. It allows you the freedom to choose any dentist. The network is Delta Dental PPO Group #3000. Uniform Dental does not send out a dental cards, please visit their website to print a card. - DeltaCare Dental Plan
This plan is also administered by Delta Dental of Washington. The network is DeltaCare PEBB Group #3100. It requires selection of one of its network dentists when you enroll.
