Watermark
Watermark is coming to Clark College!
Beginning this Summer and continuing throughout the 2026-2027 academic year, the college
will begin launching a new student success platform, Watermark, to better support
Clark College students.
Once Watermark is fully launched this Fall, students can expect appointment scheduling
on one platform across the college, an easy way to view their course history and student
profile, the ability to find and connect with their assigned advisor and support team,
and view their educational plan for their program. Students will experience improved
referrals to campus support services, improved follow-up from staff, and more benefits.
Staff and faculty who work with students can expect to use Watermark functionality
to better coordinate with campus departments supporting students through improved
processes and easier access to information and data. Watermark access and permissions
will be set based on staff and faculty roles and responsibilities at the college.
Getting Started With Watermark
Academic Advisors, Career Services Staff, and Student Success Coaches have been among
the first groups to go through training and Watermark implementation.
We plan to launch to all students for the Fall 2026 term. In advance of this implementation,
we will notify students of any changes, so please continue to monitor your email for
updates.
One of the first processes we are migrating to Watermark will be the Academic Resource
Connection (ARC) alerts. At the start of Summer term 2026, we will be transitioning
from our old process, using a form, to our new process in Watermark. During this transition,
we will continue to monitor the existing ARC process, but we encourage you to transition
using this helpful guide.
What's Next
During the Fall quarter, we are offering multiple training sessions at a variety of times and formats, including asynchronous options. We strongly encourage faculty teaching this Fall to attend one of these sessions.
Fall 2026 Training Details
For the Fall quarter, ALL faculty are welcome to attend. If you participate in one of the sessions listed below, you will be paid at the Other Assignment rate for one session. If you prefer to wait, additional sessions will be offered in Fall quarter. As these take place during the standard contract period for full-time faculty, additional compensation is not provided; we nonetheless appreciate your time and engagement. Please RSVP to secure your desired session date. Once you RSVP, using the link below, you will receive a calendar invitation prior to the training. Stay tuned for additional training opportunities as we will release a new series each month!
