Quick Questions via Zoom or In-Person
Drop-in sessions with an advisor are for quick and/or urgent questions only. This includes: withdrawing from a class, trouble-shooting registration issues, eligibility for specific classes and how to apply for graduation.
Scheduled Appointments
Scheduled appointments can be virtual or on campus. Choose the appropriate area of study in the drop-downs below for links to schedule an appointment. You will receive a confirmation email when the appointment has been made. If you are scheduling a virtual appointment via Zoom, please make sure to check your spam/junk folder.
Advising appointments are available to schedule two weeks in advance so each day new appointment times open for two weeks in the future. If you do not see any appointment times please check back daily. If you have any issues with scheduling, please email advising@clark.edu and include your ctcLink student ID number.
How to Schedule an Appointment
Select the area of study (or student type) appointment from the list below. Select the preference to meet on-campus or virtually. Identify the reason for your visit and select the advisor you would like to meet with. If you leave the advisor selection as “anyone”, the next available advisor will be assigned to you for your appointment and their name will be included in your appointment confirmation.
How to join your scheduled advising appointment
In your confirmation email for your appointment, advisor Zoom links will be available. At your appointment time, please click the Zoom link for the advisor you are scheduled with and you will be directed to their waiting room until available. Make sure to check your video & audio settings.
Book Appointment for Transfer Programs
Clark College offers various programs to explore your creativity, express your artistic voice and vision, study about the world we live in and how culture, society and history affects us currently. Students interested in earning an Associate of Arts degree or transfer degree will find many options available at Clark. Meet with an advisor to discuss the Associate of Arts degree and how to transform it into a degree that meets your needs now, and as you consider transfer in the future.
Book Appointment for Running Start
Students enrolled as a Junior or Senior in their high school may enroll at Clark College, through the Running Start program. Take college classes for credit towards your high school diploma and get college credits. Some students can earn an associate degree while also graduating from their local high school. Meet with an advisor to discuss how to maximize your time at Clark to meet High School requirements and College prerequisites, or discuss degree options at Clark.

Clark College’s Advanced Manufacturing and Mechanical area of study takes you out of the classroom and into shop environments that simulate real-world work settings. Meet with an advisor to discuss programs like: Welding, Diesel and Mechatronics.

Choose between programs focused on business, culinary arts, or office settings. You can also continue past your associate degree by earning a Bachelor of Applied Science in Applied Management. Meet with an advisor to discuss programs like: Marketing, Accounting, Small Business Management, Cuisine and Baking

With an emphasis on innovation, collaboration, and creative problem-solving, our programs prepare students for a rapidly changing global society. Meet with an advisor to discuss programs like: Cybersecurity, Network Technology, Web Development and Computer Support. These appointments are for non-engineering students, Engineering students should see information below (Engineering).

Clark College’s Health care and BioScience programs prepare you for a range of settings, including home care, hospitals, medical offices, pharmacies, dental offices, and more. Meet with and advisor to discuss programs like: Nursing, Pharmacy Technician, Phlebotomy, Medical Assisting, Dental Hygiene and Pre-Health transfer

Clark College Faculty Advisors will assist students interested in fields in engineering, including mechanical, civil, electrical, computer and biochemical. Computer Science students can schedule with faculty advisors as well.

Meeting ID: 998 4975 6712 Meet with an advisor to discuss academic planning, schedule adjustments, permission numbers for courses, and start-of-the-term assistance. One of our advisors will meet with you individually for approximately 15 minutes. We can provide support with academic advising questions and assist with setting appointments to meet with an Academic Advisor. When you arrive in the Zoom session, you will be sent to a "Waiting Room" prior to joining, as there may be other students in line. Please have your ctcLink ID number and your photo ID ready.
