I grew up camping, hiking, and exploring the beautiful state of Idaho. There I attended the University of Idaho where I studied human development and philosophy. After too many freezing days (and nights), I relocated to the Bay Area and furthered my career in social emotional development. Recently I returned to the northwest and am pursuing my Master of Social Work at Portland State.
I am excited to join the Basic Needs Program at Clark College! I am passionate about advocacy and am eager to support students as they navigate their time at Clark.
On the weekends you can find me spending time in Mother Nature, baking treats, and hanging out with my fuzzy friends.

Before moving back to the PNW where I grew up, I completed my undergraduate and graduate degrees at Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, AZ. That's where I learned how to pull a great shot of espresso, cook a near perfect pizza, and shovel too many feet of snow.
I started at Clark College in January of 2024, and I am beyond excited to be a part of the foundation of the Basic Needs Program here on campus. I take great pride in supporting students in accessing basic needs resources and encouraging them to advocate for themselves and others.
When I'm not at work, I love to cook, go camping with my partner and friends, and play with my pets in the garden. Come by and say hi!

I grew up in California and lived in cities and towns throughout the state, where, at different points in time, I called the SoCal beaches, Sierra Nevada mountains, and Sacramento Valley my home. I completed my undergraduate degree in political science and public policy at the University of California, San Diego. After working in the environmental public policy space for a few years, I decided to go back to school to pursue my Master of Social Work at Portland State University.
As someone brand new to the PNW, I am so excited to meet and get to know the students and community members of Clark College. I am also thrilled to join the Basic Needs Program team to help connect students to resources and ensure they are supported as they pursue their education.
When I am not at work or in school, I love to hike, spend time with my partner and friends, check out new food spots and events in the area, and play with my two dogs! Please feel free to come by and say hello anytime!
