Perform a gap analysis to locate barriers to hiring and retention and develop strategies to remove those barriers.

Decrease the systemic disparity in employee retention and employee satisfaction as identified in the Climate Survey.

Percent of Clark College full-time employee population from systemically non-dominant groups is equal to or higher than the student population (race, gender identity, disability, and sexual orientation).

85% of students agree with the metric based on the following two items: 1) I can identify with my instructors, and 2) I can identify with college employees.

Fall-to-fall retention of systemically non-dominant degree seeking students is 60% and/or equal to systemically dominant students whichever is higher.
