Registration Guidelines / Hotel Rules
for Exhibitors
- In order to honor your request for table space, you must complete the registration form and return it with your payment as soon as possible.
- Displays must not exceed 9' in height. Oversize tent displays or displays that will block aisles are prohibited.
- Please do not move your display table! The tables have been placed according to personnel at the Hilton Hotel Vancouver.
- Please indicate on the registration form if you need access to an electrical outlet. An additional fee of $20.00 will apply (an extension cord will be provided to you).
- Handouts: It is your responsibility to bring a sufficient number (500 minimum suggested). Limited copies may be made for you in the hospitality room if you run out
- Setup: You can plan to set up your table the morning of the job fair (after 8 a.m.). Please allow enough time to set up your table before the fair begins at 11:00 a.m.
- Check-in: Exhibitors must check in at the Exhibitor Check In Table, located in the hotel lobby. Exhibitors will receive directions to their table assignments, name tags and registration packet there.
- Your organization must plan to staff your table the entire length of time (11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.).
