The Career Center offers Strong Interest Inventory (Strong) and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) assessments for a small fee. Each assessment includes a 90-minute interpretation of results. The assessments are taken online and results are provided at a pre-scheduled small-group interpretation session.

Less comprehensive, free-of-charge assessments of interests, skills, workplace values and personal job preferences are available on a walk-in basis at the Career Center, GHL 108. The free internet-based assessments are accessible from any Clark College computer. Current students may obtain passwords for off-campus access.  Go to:

WOIS (Washington Career Information System) for Career Interest Areas, Work Importance Locator and others

Bridges, open the Site ID tab, enter Site ID & Password, select Choices Explorer, Start with a Quick Quizz

To find occupations based on yoru interest code (Holland Code) go to O*Net Online, Advanced Search, Interests and enter your code.

Several sections of Career and Life Planning (HDEV 100) and Career Exploration (HDEV 101), offered weekdays, evenings, weekends and online, are listed in the Human Development section of the course catalog. The MBTI, Strong and other assessments are covered in the career classes.
