The Office of Diversity and Equity supports the college's goal of fostering a diverse college community as outlined in Clark College's Strategic Plan.
The Office of Diversity and Equity helps to recruit and retain a diverse student body and workforce. We also provide training and educational resources for all members of the college community around diversity, inclusion, power, privilege, inequity, and social justice.
The Office of Diversity and Equity is equally committed to serving historically disadvantaged communities as they navigate Clark as well as the entire Clark community as it engages in conversations around power, privilege, inequity, and diversity.
