Coach Arnold's Comment:
The ultimate gym rat is an easy and accurate way to describe Nate. Early in the morning, late in the evening, Nate will be working on his dribbling, shooting or in the weight room getting stronger. He is changing position from a front line player to a guard and so it is planned that he will red shirt to get a jump on his classroom responsibilities and become comfortable in his new position. If the Penguins had 3-4 players like Nate coming in every year their future would be very bright indeed.
