Science Olympiad is quite likely the best kept secret around! Kids and their coaches have an incredible amount of fun, get excited about science, prepare for leadership, and end up winners - no matter what the result of competitions. It is a win-win proposition for your school, for your staff, for the students you serve, and for the communities we live in.

To have a look at what this program is about, Clark College and Science Olympiad are partnering to offer a view of some of the events planned for the 2010 competition. We are inviting you to participate in a clinic at Clark College on Saturday, October 24th. At this event you will have the opportunity to:

• Network with other Science Olympiad Coaches.
• Get hints and shortcuts.
• Get motivated about teaching sciences.
• Learn about how to get a team started at your school.
• Open up the world of science to more and more students!

And on top of all that, you will be able to get 6.0 clock-hours for participating!
