Please join us for the 48th Annual Clark College Jazz Festival, January 28, 29, and 30, 2010.
Directions for registration:
Please click on the appropriate links to access the registration form. You have two options to access registration forms, a Word template in which you can type in the information in the gray squares, save, and print (preferred), or the form in PDF format which you can print and fill out. Once you have completed the online registration form, please mail it and your registration fee to the address as indicated on the form. Note: you will not be officially registered until we have received your registration check or a PO number. Additionally, please do not fax your registration form to us.
Registration Deadlines and fees:
The registration deadline for the 2010 festival is December 4, 2009 and the registration fee will be the same as last year, $180; however, any registrations received after that will be charged a late registration fee of $225. As always, the earlier we receive your paid registration, the easier it is to accommodate your scheduling needs. Make sure to address your envelope as indicated on the registration form to ensure your registration does not inadvertently get sent to another department on campus. Please make checks payable to the Clark College Foundation. As always, once we have received your registration, you will receive a package with festival information in the mail.
