	Each year, Clark College hosts two celebrations of student success.
	Looking to the past and to the future, Clark College President Robert K. Knight focused on the college's history of "Rising to the Moment" during the 2010 State of the College address.
	A commitment to worldwide service is the hallmark of 2010 Clark College Outstanding Alumni Award honoree Rico Selga.
	During fall quarter 2010, Clark College hosted International Education Week activities and a Native American celebration of generations.
	Clark College and the Clark College Jazz Ensemble were privileged to collaborate with one the nation’s premier jazz ensembles, The Falconaires from the United States Air Force Academy Band.
	Dr. Charlene Montierth opened Clark's 2010-2011 Faculty Speaker Series with her lecture: " “Volcanoes and Earthquakes and Tsunamis, Oh My: Living on a (Tectonic) Edge.”
	Clark College music students wowed crowds during their first visit to Washington D.C.
	A groundbreaking ceremony launched Phase I of the new Clark College Early Learning Center.
	Clark College presented a “Legacy of Leadership” workshop as part of the region’s new Center for Leadership Excellence.
	Portland Trail Blazer Jeff Pendergraph inspired students and parents who attended College Goal Sunday 2010 at Clark College.
	Clark's annual backpack project brings school supplies -- and smiles.
	Clark College honored newly-tenured faculty at a reception in the Penguin Union Building.
	It was a day for the history books -- the 2010 Sakura Festival.
	Clark College trustee Addison Jacobs received the 2010 Trustees Association of Community and Technical Colleges (TACTC) Award for Leadership.
	Student journalists for The Independent, Clark College’s student newspaper, earned 11 awards in the 2010 Washington Community College Journalism Awards.
	"Tree" was the charm as Clark College celebrated Arbor Day 2010 and moved closer to earning a Tree Campus USA designation.
	How sweet it was! Clark's annual ice cream social honored members of the college's classified staff.
	It was a "Seuss-a-palooza" during Read Across America Day 2010.
	Gaiser Hall was swinging during the 2010 Clark College Jazz Festival.
	Future Tech -- the annual auto repair competition -- drew students from Washington and Oregon.
	The dedication of Clark College at Columbia Tech Center marked the next step for the college's next 75 years. The beautiful, energy-efficient building has been honored with a Community Pride Design award.
	Clark College preserved the past, honored the present and embraced the future throughout its 75th anniversary celebration. Highlights included the opening of the college's 50th anniversary time capsule and the unveiling of the sculpture which will house a 75th anniversary time capsule.
	Rachel Stansbury of the Clark College Foundation has earned the 2010 Rising Star Award from Council for Advancement and Support of Educaton.
