Mature Learning is an educational and cultural enrichment program for persons
fifty-five (55) years of age and older. The program provides and opportunity to
learn in a relaxed atmosphere with no tests, grades or homework. A wide variety
of courses are offered including fitness, art, writing, computers, sciences, history,
creative writing, health, humanities and others. Most classes meet two hours a
week either on the main Clark campus, at Town Plaza Center or at other locations
in the community. Students also travel by coach to Portland/Vancouver opera, theater,
symphonies, art galleries, ballet and lecture.
