How to Log into myDSS
myDSS is the online system that students with disabilities use to request and track their accommodations, while attending Clark College and working with Disability Support Service
Important tasks such as requesting quarterly accommodations and requesting to schedule tests to be proctored by DSS (for students approved for testing accommodations) are done in myDSS.
If you are a student who is not yet connected to our office, you will need to complete
a Getting Started form.
If you already are connected to our office and have an approved accommodation plan, please log into myDSS.
Your username is the same as the first part of your student email address. Example: Someone with the email address O.Penguin@students.clark.edu would use “O.Penguin” as their username.
DSS provides students with a temporary password. Students that were previously approved for accommodations (prior to the use of myDSS in our office) received a temporary password that was e-mailed on 9/5/16. If you cannot find this e-mail and/or need a new temporary password assigned to you, please use the “Reset My Password” link to have a new one sent to your email. If you still experience password difficulties, please contact DSS. Students who are newly approved for accommodations will create a permanent password for their account during their intake.
Once students log into myDSS with their temporary password, they can change the password
under 'Change My Login Information'. We encourage students use their regular Clark
login password. However, students can create whatever password they chose.
