After signing up with the Password Reset Tool you also have access as a Clark College student to Office 365, and free downloads of Office 2016.
To sign up for the password reset tool:
- Go to: https://login.microsoftonline.com/
- Enter your user ID, first email@example.com (example, firstname.lastname@example.org)
- If you have a personal Microsoft account make sure you use the option for “Work or school account to login.”
- Select two of the three options listed to setup your password reset. This is the only time you will need to enter this information.
- Complete the steps on the website
In the future, to unlock or reset your password go to: https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com. You can make this change from a computer or a mobile device with Internet access by entering your Clark email in the User ID field (example, email@example.com)
NOTE: Your email password and your network ID password are NOT synched automatically. They have different methods of updating or resetting once the password is initially assigned.

You can go to login.microsoftonline.com to download your free versions of Office 2016 for home use and find out more about Office 365.
For more information on the program you can visit the Micrsoft Education site. After going through the steps on the initial pages to establish eligibility, the download can be accessed in the upper right hand corner of the screen.

When you graduate, your Office 365 subscription through your institution ends upon graduation. You may enroll into other consumer or commercial offers available. If you have Office 365 Education at your school, you should make sure to transfer all your files from your school OneDrive to your personal OneDrive prior to graduation.

Yes, this would count towards the limit of installing it on 5 tablets. Just install the applications and sign in with your school ID.

The office client supports having both an Office 365 personal account (used when you signed up for Office 365 University) and a school account (login provided by your school), students will be able to remain signed in with both.
