After You Receive Financial Aid

Your tuition will be deducted automatically from your financial aid. Any remaining funds will be available to you in the form of a check.

Financial aid checks are disbursed the first day of the quarter providing you are still in good standing according to our Satisfactory Academic Progress Policy, have no outstanding debts to the college, and have proof of class attendance.

Loans: You will need to fill out a separate application located on this page: http://www.clark.edu/admissions_fin_aid/fin_aid/stafford.php.

Picking Up Your Check

Step One Complete the top portion of the required Proof of Attendance Form and have one of your instructors complete the bottom portion. This form is available on-line or at the Financial Aid Office

Step Two Take your completed attendance form, signed by your instructor, to the Cashier's Office to pick up your check(s). During the first two days of each quarter, checks are available in the Gaiser Hall Student Center.
Step Three Any subsequent checks issued to the student will not require another Proof of Attendance. Subsequent checks will be mailed directly to the student to the address on file. Note: It is the student's responsibility to ensure that their address is current. Students can update their address online at https://www.clark.edu/StudentAddress
