Financial aid checks are disbursed the first day of the quarter providing you are still in good standing according to our Satisfactory Academic Progress Policy, have no outstanding debts to the college, and have proof of class attendance.

Complete the top portion of the required Proof of Attendance Form and have one of your instructors complete the bottom portion. This form is available 
Take your completed attendance form, signed by your instructor, to the 
Any subsequent checks issued to the student will not require another Proof of Attendance. Subsequent checks will be mailed directly to the student to the address on file. Note: It is the student's responsibility to ensure that their address is current. Students can update their address online at
