If you are at least 18 years of age, or have graduated from high
school, or hold a GED certificate, you are qualified to attend Clark
College. Special
consideration may be given to students
who do not meet these requirements.
To enroll for nine credits or more or to pursue a degree or certificate,
you must complete an Application for Admission. You can apply for
admission any time during the year. You are encouraged to apply
early to meet Priority
Admissions Deadlines. Registration appointments are
issued based on the date we receive your application
If you plan to take eight credits or less and are not seeking
a degree or certificate, you can register for classes without
completing an application in the following ways:
|
| Apply
for Financial Aid |
You must complete an application for admission prior to applying
for financial aid. The Financial Aid Office cannot process your
file until the Admissions Office
has received your application. Visit the Financial
Aid section of this web site for financial aid application
instructions and deadlines.

| New
Student Orientation |
There
are two options for new student orientation and advising. You
are invited to attend a brief orientation at the beginning of
your registration appointment. The information provided at orientation
will make your experience at Clark College more successful. During
the orientation, you will learn registration policies and procedures,
how to register online, advising, degree requirements, and other
student resources at Clark. We also recommend an online orientation
option available on our website http://www.clark.edu/orientation
.

any courses in math or English. Call the Placement
Testing Office to schedule an appointment.

Academic advisors are there to help you define your educational
goals and select classes required to complete your degree or certificate.
If you take nine or more credits, you must meet with an advisor
prior to registering. Visit or call the Advising
Center to schedule an appointment. During registration
periods, the center serves students on a walk-in basis.
