All interested students are encouraged to apply for admission to the Cuisine Management or Professional Baking and Pastry Arts programs by fulfilling the following requirements:
- Complete Clark College Application for Admission (if not previously completed) and pay the $25 application fee.
- Be eligible for ENGL 098 and MATH 030.
- Be able to provide copy of valid Washington State Food Worker card (available online at foodworkercard.wa.gov) by the end of the first week of class. Do not use any other websites as these cards are not Washington State approved.

All admitted culinary students will be required to attend an orientation session, which will cover uniform standards, required equipment, Food Worker cards, and other program information. 2018 orientations will be held in July-August. Exact dates are to be determined and will be announced on this page once they are scheduled.
