Application Checklist

Use this checklist to assemble your application packet.

NOTE: It is the applicant’s responsibility to ensure the application is complete in all respects; it is recommended that students submit the application in its entirety as one packet to Enrollment Services.

Admission Requirements

All interested students meeting the minimum requirements are encouraged to apply for admission to the Cuisine Management or Professional Baking and Pastry Arts programs. 

The fall 2017 priority processing deadline for all application materials is Friday, April 14, 2017.

To be eligible for selection, applicants must complete the following:
