New Bb Students:

Username - First letter of your first name, first four letters of your last name, and the last four digits of your SID (Student ID) number. For example, Joe Smith with SID of 940-23-4567 would have a username of jsmit4567

Password - Last 5 numbers of your SID number. For example, Joe Smith with SID of 940-23-4567 would have a password of 34567

Returning Bb Students:

If you already have a Blackboard password from a previous term, you should use that password. If that does not work, try the last 5 numbers of your SID.

How do I access my online class?

• Determine your Blackboard Username and Password (see directions above).
• Access the Blackboard login page by clicking on the Blackboard icon located on the upper right side of this page.
• Once there, enter your Username and Password. You will then have access to your class by clicking on your course links in the My Courses panel on your personal Blackboard Welcome page.

Having trouble logging into Blackboard?

If you cannot log in to Blackboard, it's possible that one of the following may be happening:

• If you just registered for the course, there is a delay before you can access it. Registration data is updated in Blackboard on weekdays, at 9:30AM and 4:00PM. Check back after these times.
• If you've forgotten your password, use the Forgot Your Password? reset utility on the Blackboard login page. Your new password will be sent to the email address you had entered in Blackboard.
• If your password still doesn't work, we may need to reset your password for you. Contact us immediately for a password reset.

How do I change my password?

Once you get logged into Blackboard, you should change your password... 

In the Tools panel on the left hand side of the screen, click Personal Information.

Then click Change Password

Enter your new password and click Submit
