The H1N1 Flu Virus

Clark College is committed to the health and well-being of our students, staff and faculty.  College officials are working closely with public health officials regarding the current influenza A H1N1 pandemic. 

While it’s clear that this flu doesn’t pose the threat to life that public health officials originally feared, experts are assuming that many individuals will contract the H1N1 virus as well as seasonal influenza during this year’s flu season, which runs from October through about March.  

Here at Clark, we are currently experiencing flu like illness consistent with H1N1, but at no higher rates than the community at large.
