How to File a Public Records Request

Clark College is responsive to your public records request. Per the Washington State Proclamation 20-28, and to minimize the effects of COVID-19, while keeping staff and students safe, Clark College is amending its process for requesting public records until further notice.

If you have a public records request, please submit the request via email at prr@clark.edu. If you are unable to email your request and other methods normally available would be better for you, please call 360-992-2123, to discuss other options.

Please Note: Until midnight, November 9, 2020, or otherwise updated, Proclamation 20-28 amends the language of RCW 42.56.520(1), waiving and suspending the 5-day required response time for all non-electronic records request.

If you are wanting to submit a public records request, you may do so in several ways:

In Person (Currently Suspended Option)

You may visit the Clark College Office of the Vice President of Administrative Services, located in the Baird Administration Building, Room 159, for an in-person inspection of records, during the customary business hours of 8 a.m. - 5.p.m., Monday through Friday. Please note that Clark College is closed on state and federal holidays, and business hours may be affected during unforeseen events such as inclement weather, or emergency situations.

For the period of the Governor Jay Inslee’s Proclamation 20-28 for COVID-19, appointments for in-person inspection of records are currently suspended until further notice. Please email or fax your request, or contact the Vice President of Administrative Services at 360-992-2123.
