Percent of Clark College full-time employee population from systemically non-dominant groups is equal to or higher than the student population (race, gender identity, disability, and sexual orientation).

85% of students agree with the metric based on the following two items: 1) I can identify with many instructors, and 2) I can identify with college employees.

Fall-to-fall retention of systemically non-dominant degree seeking students is 60% and/or equal to systemically dominant students whichever is higher.
