10,232] All e-books are available to Clark College
students, faculty and staff, 24x7, on- or off-campus,

to Find
e-books in the Catalog |

Limiting
your search to electronic books in the library's
book
catalog is easy.
At
the Keyword Search screen, open up either the
Location or Material Type dropdown
menus and select E-Books.
|
This
is also a handy way to limit your search to other
options such as, ESL/ENL, Teaching & Learning
Center, Videos/DVDs, etc. |

Pavel! |
We're
pleased to welcome Pavel Popov, who works in the
Technical Services Department as our IT Specialist.
Although new to Cannell Library, Pavel has already taken on some
hefty projects, including working with Millennium, setting up dynamic
pages on the library’s web site, creating web-based tools
to collect assessments for online tutorials, and setting up the
in-house wiki and blog. Pavel has a degree in Computer Information
Systems from Eastern Washington University.
The

Julian
Nelson (German) and Bob Hughes (CTEC/GRCP)
are the beamin' winners of a $100 database gift certificate and weather
radio at Online Northwest, an annual conference focusing on
the use of technology in libraries.
Bob is a regular at Online NW and is always eager to soak up the latest
library techno-info.
Julian's take on his first encounter: "This is such
a great conference. All faculty should attend!" |

- Health & Medicine E-Books is an electronic resource
for healthcare professionals. It includes full-text access to 24
up-to-date electronic medical books, including Burket's Oral
Medicine Diagnosis and Treatment, Medical-Surgical Nursing Care,
and Taber's Cyclopedic Medical Dictionary.
NOTE: Allows two users at a time. If you are denied
access, please wait a few minutes and try again.
