Lewis D. Cannell Library
The primary purpose of the Library is to support the students
and the instructional programs of Clark College. The Lewis
D. Cannell Library houses a collection of more than 67,000
books and over 450 periodicals as well as current newspapers,
pamphlets, Washington State Publications and audio-visual
materials. The collection is enhanced with subscriptions
to online full-text periodical databases and e-book collections.
Cannell Library is a member of the ORBIS/Cascade Alliance
which provides access to Summit,
the online catalog Cannell Library shares with 33+ member
colleges in Washington and Oregon. Through Summit, Clark
College students, faculty and staff have access to more
than 26 million books, DVDs, videotapes, sound recordings
and more. Membership in PORTALS offers reciprocal borrowing
to member academic libraries.
