Watermark

Watermark is coming to Clark College!

Throughout the 2025-2026 academic year, the college will begin launching a new student success platform, Watermark, to better support Clark College students.

Once Watermark is fully launched, students can expect appointment scheduling on one platform across the college, an easy way to view their course history and student profile, the ability to find and connect with their assigned advisor and support team, and view their educational plan for their program. Students will experience improved referrals to campus support services, improved follow-up from staff, and more benefits.

Staff and faculty who work with students can expect to use Watermark functionality to better coordinate with campus departments supporting students through improved processes and easier access to information and data. Watermark access and permissions will be set based on staff and faculty roles and responsibilities at the college.

Getting started with Watermark

Academic Advisors, Career Services Staff, and Student Success Coaches will be among the first group to go through training and Watermark implementation.

Students may begin to receive communications through the Watermark platform as soon as fall term 2025. In advance of this rollout, we will notify students of any changes, so please continue to monitor your email for updates.

Faculty issuing Academic Retention Concern (ARC) alerts should continue using the ARC Referral Form. We are working to formalize a new alerting/outreach process utilizing Watermark. We anticipate having more news and potential training opportunities by winter term 2026.

Training and Watermark utilization resources and guidance will be available at your convenience through Canvas once departments go through initial training.

As we initially begin our Watermark implementation, we may need to adjust our timelines. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding as we prepare the best experience for each stakeholder.
